Present Day Media, LLC (“PDM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides marketing websites, interactive web experiences, and desktop applications. This company-wide privacy policy applies to all PDM products and services that link to it, including:

• PresentDayMedia.com marketing pages: Company and portfolio pages, including contact forms.
• Snake Sphere web game experiences: Promotional pages at presentdaymedia.com and web builds hosted atsnakesphere.app or /games/snakesphere/play.
• Nest Desktop Control for macOS: The companion app that integrates with Google Smart Home services.

If a product describes additional notice-specific terms, those terms supplement this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate our products, communicate with you, and improve user experience:

• Information you provide directly: Details you submit through our contact forms, leaderboard submissions, or support requests (such as your name, email address, and message content).
• Gameplay and service data: Names, scores, and optional contact information associated with Snake Sphere leaderboard entries, plus configuration preferences you set within our applications.
• Diagnostics and analytics: De-identified usage metrics, performance data, and crash reports collected through third-party services where enabled (for example, Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics).
• Device-local storage: Cached leaderboard data, saved settings, and other stateful preferences stored on your device to provide a consistent experience. This information does not leave your device unless you submit it to us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect data from casual browsing of our marketing pages beyond essential log data.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our websites, games, and applications.
• Operate interactive features such as public leaderboards and saved settings.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, or support requests you send through our contact channels.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose problems, and protect against fraud or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Third-Party Services & Sharing

We rely on trusted partners to host our infrastructure and help us deliver certain features. These providers process your information only on our behalf, under contractual obligations that limit their use of your data:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Used for website and application hosting, as well as Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring for Snake Sphere. These services supply aggregated diagnostics so we can keep experiences stable.
• Google Analytics: Enabled on Snake Sphere experiences to understand aggregated engagement and improve gameplay. Reports do not identify individual visitors to us.
• Google AdSense: Displays advertising within Snake Sphere web pages. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to provide relevant ads; you can control these settings through Google's Ads Settings.
• MailerSend: Delivers transactional or support email responses when you reach out through our contact form.
• Google Smart Home APIs: Accessed by the Nest Desktop Control app with your explicit Google Account authorization so you can control selected devices. Data flows directly between your device and Google; PDM does not receive or store these payloads.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies & Local Storage

• Present Day Media marketing pages: Use only essential cookies or similar technologies required by our hosting providers. We do not deploy analytics or advertising cookies on these pages.
• Snake Sphere: Uses Google AdSense cookies and local storage to deliver ads, remember leaderboard data, and store gameplay settings. You can clear this data through your browser settings or manage personalized ads via Google's Ads Settings.
• Nest Desktop Control: Stores configuration information locally on your Mac so the app can remember your preferences. No tracking cookies are used.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information in our care. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security issue that affects your information, we will take steps to notify you where legally required.

Data Retention

• Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to address your inquiry and maintain records of our correspondence.
• Snake Sphere leaderboard entries persist while the feature is active; contact us if you would like a name or score removed.
• Diagnostic data collected through Firebase and similar services is retained according to each provider's standard retention schedules.
• Google account tokens for Nest Desktop Control remain on your device until you revoke access or uninstall the app.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can also object to certain processing or ask us to limit how we use your information.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age thresholds as defined by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
