- PresentDayMedia.com marketing pages:Company and portfolio pages, including contact forms.
- Snake Sphere for iOS:The iOS game app and its online services, plus promotional pages at
snakesphere.app. - Menu Bar Thermostat for macOS:The companion app that integrates with Google Smart Home services.
If a product describes additional notice-specific terms, those terms supplement this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate our products, communicate with you, and improve user experience:
- Information you provide directly:Details you submit through our contact forms, the optional PDM Power mailing-list signup, or support requests (such as your name, email address, or message content). Snake Sphere does not request an email address or player-entered name for leaderboard entry.
- Gameplay and service data:Snake Sphere online identity, public Game Center profile nickname, scores, recorded times, random game-specific public player identifiers, run-integrity data, and tournament or notification state.
- Diagnostics and analytics:A random analytics installation identifier, app sessions and gameplay outcomes, ad delivery and revenue events, purchase events, app version, device or operating-system information, crash reports, network errors, and security signals. Firebase Analytics is disabled; Snake Sphere uses its own limited first-party event pipeline.
- Device-local storage:Saved settings, coins, skins, cached scores, pending achievement progress, and other preferences stored on your device. These remain local unless a feature explicitly sends related data to an online service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect data from casual browsing of our marketing pages beyond essential log data.

Third-Party Services & Sharing
We rely on third-party services to host infrastructure and provide certain features. They process information as needed to deliver those features, subject to their agreements and privacy terms:
- Firebase (Google Cloud):Provides Snake Sphere authentication, online data and functions, push messaging, App Check, and release crash reporting.
- Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform:Provide in-app advertising, regional consent choices, and ad delivery or measurement for Snake Sphere. Device or advertising identifiers may be processed when permitted.
- Apple services:Game Center, Apple Push Notification service, App Tracking Transparency, and StoreKit provide ranked identity, notifications, tracking authorization, and purchases for Snake Sphere.
- PDM mailing service:Processes the name and email address you voluntarily submit to join PDM Power, sends any required confirmation, and delivers studio communications. Mailing-list signup is not required for gameplay, rankings, advertising choices, or purchases.
- Postmark:Delivers transactional or support email responses when you reach out through our contact form.
- Google Smart Home APIs:Accessed by the Menu Bar Thermostat app with your explicit Google Account authorization so you can control selected devices. Data flows directly between your device and Google; PDM does not receive or store these payloads.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information in our care. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security issue that affects your information, we will take steps to notify you where legally required.
Data Retention
- Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to address your inquiry and maintain records of our correspondence. PDM Power subscriber information is retained while the subscription remains active or as required to honor unsubscribe and compliance records.
- Snake Sphere active identity, leaderboard, and notification-registration data persists while those features are used. Reset Online Data deletes the current active identity, associated analytics events and queued batches, and redacts identity fields in retained run, tournament, or security history.
- Raw Snake Sphere analytics events are retained for 90 days, purchase de-duplication records for 400 days, and aggregate daily, financial, installation, and cohort records are retained for historical reporting. Crashlytics reports follow Firebase's service retention, currently approximately 90 days.
- Diagnostic data collected through Firebase and similar services is retained according to each provider's standard retention schedules.
- Google account tokens for Menu Bar Thermostat remain on your device until you revoke access or uninstall the app.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can also object to certain processing or ask us to limit how we use your information.
Snake Sphere includes Reset Online Data in Settings for its active online identity, leaderboard, and notification-registration data. To exercise other rights or make another request, please use ourContact Form. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

Present Day Media Websites
Our marketing pages atpresentdaymedia.comare informational. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on these pages, and we do not track browsing behavior. The primary way we collect personal information here is through the optional contact form.
- Contact form:Collects your name, email, and message so we can respond. Messages are routed through Postmark and stored in our support records.
- Essential hosting logs:Our hosting providers maintain short-term logs (for example, IP addresses and error codes) to secure the site. We review these logs only to diagnose issues or prevent abuse.

Snake Sphere for iOS
Snake Sphere is a general-audience iOS game for people age 13 or older. Local play works without Game Center, the app does not ask for a birthdate, and it does not request an email address for leaderboard entry.
- Private identity and public leaderboards:The app creates a private anonymous Firebase account for online features. Game Center is required for ranked play, public leaderboards, and Game Center achievements. A verified ranked run is submitted automatically after it reaches the 20-point qualifying minimum. Public leaderboards may show the public Game Center profile nickname, score, recorded time, and a random game-specific public player identifier; private Firebase and restricted Game Center identifiers are not published.
- First-party analytics and retention:Snake Sphere records limited sessions, gameplay outcomes, ad delivery and revenue events, purchase events, app version, and device or operating-system information under a random installation identifier. The identifier is not derived from IDFA, Game Center, push tokens, or the Firebase Installation ID. Raw events are retained for 90 days, purchase de-duplication records for 400 days, and the current installation record until reset or reinstall. Aggregate daily, financial, installation, and cohort reporting may be kept without a fixed expiration but does not retain raw events or account, transaction, or public-player identifiers.
- Advertising and purchases:Google Mobile Ads and consent services may process consent choices, approximate location, device information, advertising identifiers when permitted, and ad delivery or measurement data. Personalized ads and advertising-identifier use occur only when permission is available. Where Google permits ads without those permissions, Snake Sphere requests limited or non-personalized ads without IDFA; otherwise it does not request ads. Apple processes StoreKit purchases and provides transaction and entitlement status.
- Optional services and diagnostics:If enabled, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging process notification registration and delivery data. Optional PDM Power signup sends the name and email address you enter to PDM's mailing service. TestFlight and App Store builds send minimized crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics; local Debug builds do not. Apple, Google, Firebase, and mailing providers retain provider-controlled data under their own service rules.
- Choices and deletion:You can play locally without Game Center, decline notifications, review available advertising privacy choices, and unsubscribe from PDM Power. Reset Online Data deletes the current first-party identity, Firebase-backed progression, active Firebase leaderboard and tournament data, notification registration, associated raw analytics and installation record, queued analytics batches, and unsent Apple leaderboard work. It does not delete retained aggregate or security history no longer tied to that identity, scores already delivered to Game Center, provider-controlled data, Apple purchase history, or a mailing-list subscription.
PDM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For questions or privacy requests, email support@presentdaymedia.com.
